Shipping
Shipping is arranged after payment is confirmed. Cost and timing depend on the destination and the carrier (national post or courier) and are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Published times are estimates. A carrier delay does not change the product price.
Returns
If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you bought, write to us with the order number and a photo. We review the case and, when it applies, replace the product or refund that line.
Made-to-order and presale products follow the condition shown on the product page before you paid.
